Unter dem Namen H\u00e4rd\u00f6pfel-B\u00e4ngel werden w\u00e4hrend zweier Tage auf dem Barf\u00fcsserplatz \u00fcber 100kg Kartoffeln gebohrt, getwistet und frittiert.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"480\" height=\"360\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/pl6tq2F0-6Q?rel=0&amp;controls=0&amp;showinfo=0\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">F\u00fcr unsere Twist-Werkstatt mit XXL-Frittierwanne haben wir ein kleines feines H\u00e4usschen gebaut: aus Holzharassen (Zurzacher-Thermalwasser!), Jutens\u00e4cken und Kabelbindern.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Auf dem Tresen steht die Bohrmaschine zum Vorbohren der Kartoffeln und ein mit Bohrmaschine betriebener Kartoffelschneider. Daneben ruht eine Wanne mit fl\u00fcssiger Magie, wo die Twists vor dem Frittieren baden gehen. Und nat\u00fcrlich die Frittierwanne, das Herzst\u00fcck des H\u00e4uschens, gef\u00fcllt mit 100 Liter feinstem Frittier\u00f6l.<\/p>\n<p dir=\"ltr\">Freitag um 18 Uhr drehen wir die erste Charlotte Jumbo, Kartoffel unseres Vertrauens, auf einen Spiess. Bis Samstags in die sp\u00e4ten Nachtstunden steht die Twist-Maschine kaum still und die Menschen Schlange. Haben die knusprig gelben Spiralen in den H\u00e4nden unserer G\u00e4ste erst einmal auf dem Barf\u00fcsserplatz zu zirkulieren begonnen, k\u00f6nnen wir uns vor Kartoffelfans kaum retten. Das Ende der Schlange sehen wir von der Werkbank aus nur selten.<\/p>\n<p>\u00dcber den frisch frittierten Spiess streut sich der Gast Potato-Power, Aromat, Santa Cruz Chili oder Zitronenpfeffer. Je sp\u00e4ter die Stunde, desto wilder das Gew\u00fcrzgemisch in der Auffangwanne unter der Gew\u00fcrzstation. Und desto mehr Twistgeniesser entscheiden sich f\u00fcr genau diese Heterogenit\u00e4t: die Festivalmischung.<br \/>\nSamstagnacht um 23.59 Uhr, eine Minute vor Festivalende, geht unsere allerletzte Charlotte Jumbo \u00fcber den Tresen.
