Die <em>Internationale Gastronautische Gesellschaft<\/em> servierte im <a href=\"http:\/\/www.parterre.net\/?navid=FXPS8C\">Restaurant Parterre in Basel<\/a> <em>Sein oder Schein<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Auf der Speisekarte reihten sich sieben typische Speisen \u2013 Salat, Fisch, Wurst, Fleisch, Reis, Sauce und Dessert. Gibt es vegetarischen Fisch und was, wenn Fleisch aussieht wie Orange? Bei <em>Schein oder Sein<\/em> sind Augen, M\u00fcnder, Zungen betrogen worden und Gewohnheiten hinterfragt. Es spross Liebe f\u00fcr neue Kombinationen, Vorstellungen und Unerwartetes.<\/p>\n<div
