Gesalzene Butter schielt zum Brot. Eine Horde kleiner gr\u00fcner Perriers liegt quirlig auf Eis und schreit danach, getrunken zu werden. Ein grosses Feuer prasselt. Der Duft von Zwiebeln liegt in der Luft. Zwei Gastronauten begr\u00fcssen ihre G\u00e4ste. Ein lauer Herbstabend verspricht Genuss. Wir schwatzen, lachen, trinken. Der Himmel ist feuerrot.<br \/>\nDie Gastronauten bringen erst Cr\u00e9mant, dann mit Schaufeln gl\u00fchend heisse Kohle aus dem grossen Feuer. Sie f\u00fcllen unsere kleinen Kochstellen. Ein duftender Sud wird serviert und nach kurzem warten blubbert und dampft er bereits und erz\u00e4hlt etwas von Zitronen, Wachholder-Str\u00e4uchen und Salzbecken am Atlantik. Sch\u00fcsseln voller Muscheln werden am Muschelberg abgegraben, zu uns gebracht und in die vielversprechende Br\u00fche gegeben. Es riecht wie in Concale am Strand. Mit einem Sieb fischen wir kurz sp\u00e4ter die Delikatessen aus dem heissen Bad und essen sie unter wohligem Seufzen zu Brot und gesalzener Butter.<br \/>\nDer Muschelberg ist jetzt auf die H\u00e4lfte geschrumpft und die Gastronauten kommen mit Roquefort vorbei. Sie geben den rezenten K\u00e4se zusammen mit neuen Muscheln in die heissen T\u00f6pfe und der Duft in der Luft intensiviert sich. Der Himmel ist nun schwarz. Die Nacht isst jetzt mit. Die \u201cMoules au Roquefort\u201d \u00fcbertreffen die Ersten. Aus dem wohligen Seufzen wird ein lustvolles St\u00f6hnen. Wir Esser werden satt. Der Muschelberg ist jetzt weg, er ist in unseren B\u00e4uchen.
